This Privacy Policy describes how ConveyCRM (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at conveycrm.com and our CRM application at app.conveycrm.com (collectively, the “Service”).

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Account information — When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password.
CRM data — Contacts, organizations, deals, activities, notes, and documents that you or your team add to your workspace.
Billing information — Processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never store full payment card numbers.
Usage data — Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and timestamps. Collected via our own logs and standard analytics tools.
Web visit tracking — If you embed our tracking snippet on your own website, we collect page URLs, page titles, and timestamps of visits and attribute them to the CRM organization you configure.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

Service providers — Hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics — bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Your team — Data inside your workspace is visible to other members of your tenant according to their role.
Legal compliance — When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we delete or anonymize tenant data within 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.

International transfers

ConveyCRM is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
